This is in line with the objective of the company according to the Mordhorst Products GmbH Trade Register entry: The objective of the company is the manufacture of metal tubes, metal compensators and metal bellows.

Personal data is mainly collected, processed and used for the following groups of persons: Customers (esp. address, order, delivery and invoicing data), employees (personal data), suppliers (esp. order, delivery and invoicing data), prospects and contact persons (esp. address and function data).

Public authorities who receive data because of statutory requirements (e.g. social insurance bodies), internal bodies which are involved in performing completing the business processes (e.g. Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, IT, Procurement and Logistics), external contractors (service providers) in accordance with § 11 BDSG, other external bodies such as partners of customer mandated activity.

6. Statutory periods for deleting data:

The legislature has issued various storage obligations and periods. After these periods the relevant data is routinely deleted if they are no longer needed to fulfil contracts. Data which is not affected by this is deleted if the purposes mentioned under 5. are omitted.

7. Planned data transfer to third countries:

Data transfers to third countries mainly take place when this is necessary for carrying out existing contractual relationships with the persons concerned or in the cases named under §§ 4b, 4c BDSG.

8. General description which makes it possible to preliminarily assess if the measures according to § 9 for guaranteeing security are adequate:

Mordhorst Products GmbH uses technical and organisational security measures to protect us against accidental or intentional manipulation or loss of, or damage or unauthorised access to data which is managed by us.
Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological development. In detail, this means that we save data protection relevant information on secure systems in Germany. Access to this is only possible by a few authorised persons who are involved in the technical or editorial support of the system.
